"There’s features which add value to the rooms, such as the wi-fi and the parking, as well as the good quality bed. Dealing with the owners was relatively easy, too. It’s not the greatest room in the world, but if you just need a cost-effective measure for a short space of time, then I would recommend giving it a go."

"A traditional and comfortable hotel within walking distance to the centre. Rooms are a little dated but spacious, clean and comfortable, the shower not the best but I have had worse on my travels. Food in the evening was good and well presented, breakfast also very good. Staff all nice and friendly, there are plenty of stairs which may be a problem for anyone with mobility problems. I had a good stay and would be happy to return."

"A lovely old building and grounds. The restaurant is beautiful and overlooks the gardens, food was very enjoyable, a tad expensive as were the drinks. Our room was spacious, clean and attractive, breakfast in the morning was very good and came with good service. Overall a very pleasant week-end."

"Loved Dunchurch Park, wish I could have stayed longer. I was there for a long weekend break and found myself endlessly amused by strolling around the grounds. Really quite wonderful. Anyway, the room was also good, made for a relaxing trip. Staff, as well, did an amazing job at running the place."

"An old and quaint building In a lovely location, it was very busy when we were there and staff worked hard but with a smile. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower was fantastic. We did not eat there at night but food appeared to be good pub grub, breakfast in the morning was good. There was a good atmosphere and we would be happy to stay again."

"Nicely located a short drive from Rugby. It would appear to be a popular place as the car park was pretty full and indeed once inside there was a good ambiance and friendly staff. Check in was efficient and my room was pleasing to the eye. I enjoyed a good dinner and breakfast which was freshly cooked to order. No complaints."

"This appears to be a popular wedding venue and one was on while we were there which did intrude on our stay to a degree as we were there for a relaxing overnighter, but not enough to complain about. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the shower powerful. Breakfast was good, staff were welcoming and efficient."

"I have vested the woodhouse many times over the last 4 - 5 years but this visit has been the most enjoyable. The refurbished rooms were extremely comfortable and the meal my partner and I had were first class.
As usual the views over the gardens and countryside are stunning and I would defiantly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone."
